Disney’s Epcot Baby Center Review
Bringing a baby to Disney World is so easy! Read why you should bring your baby to Disney here. The Disney Baby Care Centers, sponsored by Huggies are a great resource for moms. Here’s my review of the Epcot Baby Care Center.
Where is it?
The Epcot Baby Center is located near the World Showcase, not to far from Mexico. This is one of the larger facilities on Disney property and provides a cool, convenient place for moms and their babies during Disney visits.
Like Magic Kingdom, strollers aren’t permitted inside the Epcot Baby Care Center, mainly because the walkway is narrow and there isn’t space for a lot of strollers. There is a nice sitting area stocked with books, toys and a Disney movie playing. This is particularly nice if you have older children or other people in your party.
For Breastfeeding Mamas
Instead of private nursing rooms like at Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, the Epcot Baby Care Center has one large room with about 4 rocking chairs. The lights are dimmed to make the environment conducive to soothing baby but it can be a little distracting with other moms coming and going.
Baby Products in Case of Emergency
Epcot has the largest selection of products available for purchase. Everything from tampons to bottles to souvenirs can be found at the Baby Care Center.
What’s Available for Use?
They have a filtered water machine, bottle warmer and microwave available for use. There are a few high chairs and a kid sized table as well. I always take advantage of the disposable spoons and bowls at any Baby Care Center ?
They also have a changing area with 4 changing tables and a sink. There are both woman and men restrooms with multiple stalls in each (every other Baby Care Center only has one restroom).
I love that Disney provides Baby Care Centers at each park to make visiting with baby a little easier. If you’re planning a Disney trip be sure to map out where the Baby Care Centers are at each park and take advantage of them to make your trip successful!
