We recently had the opportunity to attend a Behind-the-Scenes Exclusive Experience for Marvel Universe Live sponsored by Feld Entertainment at the Amway Center in Orlando, FL. It was so much fun training with the superhero performers and talking to them about their roles in the show.
Superhero Combat Training
We learned about the choreography and techniques that make the fight scenes realistic while keeping the performers safe. We also talked to “Gamora” about her hour long makeup process.
Spectacular Costumes
Seeing the costumes, masks and original concept sketches was one of my favorite highlights of the night. All costumes have little white dots, which are actually LED scensors which help track the performers with the lighting system. How cool!
We also enjoyed the the photo booth area with tons of fun props and the chance to lift Thor’s hammer. Some people were not worthy haha!
So Many Surprises!
We were surprised to see a sneak peak of the action with a fight scene with Black Panther. Then Captain America arrived for a fun photo op.
We are headed to the Marvel Universe Live show this Friday and can’t wait to share our review. Princess Evie has been playing superhero every since we returned from our Behind-the-Scenes Exclusive Experience and I know she will be excited to see her favorite characters at Friday’s show.
